A volunteer champion, being an active participant of numerous other community organizations, over the past 40 years. Retired CEO of Bollinger Enterprises, Inc, Bob has been the chairman of General Care Services, Inc. since 2018, and a prior chairman of the Hospice Advisory Board.
Marisa Smith, Vice Chair
An international business and finance leader and Licensed U.S. Customs Broker from Warren. She currently leads finance and technology for Whirley-Drinkworks, and previously held international leadership roles in the U.S. and Hong Kong for Bluestem / Blair LLC.
Susan Stout, Treasurer
Stout is a retired US Forest Service Research Scientist and Project Leader with a commitment to community service. Within the forestry community, she continues to work to ensure a collaborative approach to sustaining forest values and benefits. She has served as an officer in the League of Women Voters, for whom she has frequently moderated candidate forums for local and state political candidates. She has been a Hospice of Warren County Board member since 2010
Donna Zariczny, Secretary
Architect & President, Inscale Architects, has more than 30 years of professional experience in architecture bringing a wide variety of expertise to her firm. She has a client responsive approach to design which has resulted in a service-oriented standard of success within the industry. Donna is passionate about being active in and giving back to the community through board service at Hospice and other organizations.
A Board-Certified Radiation Oncologist and cancer researcher, is originally from Warren. He has published numerous medical articles, presented at conferences around the globe, and is frequently listed in Best Doctors in America.
Huber recently retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer after a long banking career. He strongly believes in supporting local non-profit organizations. Tim was General Chairman for the Cancer Care Center Capital Campaign and a recipient of the Volunteer of the Year award from the Warren County YMCA. He is a Warren native and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Penn State.
A practicing attorney from Erie, with 37 years of experience primarily in northwest Pennsylvania. His law practice is centered on civil litigation in the areas of professional liability including the representation of health care providers, governmental liability, and insurance issues. Gary maintains a general practice related to municipal law, employment law, real estate and estates and estate planning.
Darlene Schultz John
A registered nurse with over 20 years combined experience in clinical and business healthcare leadership, serves as Executive Director of HOWC. Previously Director of Nursing for multi-county behavioral health system, she is passionate about supporting individuals and families facing difficult life situations. Darlene resides in Warren county where she has found her community and her calling.
